All jeans and garments must be shipped recently washed before repair/service. Our fee for unwashed items is 50€.
Color threads will be matched to the original as closely as possible according to our currently available color card.
The stitching techniques (stitch type, stitch length, stitch appearance,…) will be according to our machinery capabilities and current set up.
A natural deviation of up to 1.5cm in the measures must be accepted within the tolerances.
Repair time is around 2 weeks.
Shipping is not included in the prices.
It is recommended to state a lower value for international shipments to potentially avoid import taxes and duties. In case any import duty/tax is applied, it will be due from the customer on the invoice.
The acceptance of the budget implies acceptance of the conditions.
