These general conditions of use and legal information regulate the use and access to the website www.companiondenim.com, owned by Trama i Ordit, S.L. through which the website is made available to users.

Purchase

In order to be a Client of the web it is indispensable that the following requirements are met:

  • Must have completed or be 18 years of age or older
  • Correctly fill in the mandatory fields of the purchase form in which personal data such as name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, bank card number are requested
  • Accept the Terms of Use
  • Accept the Privacy and Data Protection Policy
  • Accept Cookies Policy

The User guarantees that all the data on his/her identity and legitimacy facilities to CompanionDenim in its registration forms are truthful, accurate and complete. The User undertakes to keep the data constantly updated.

In order to complete the purchase on the web the User must provide some information such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, bank card details, etc.Once the registration is completed, each User will be able to access his/her profile, complete and / or edit it as he/she deems convenient.

Price and billing

Companiondenim reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Changes made will take effect immediately after their publication.

The Platform may publish special offers and discounts for specific promotional campaigns.

All prices indicated in the Platform include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case will be expressed in the Euro (€) or Dollar ($) currency.

The prices applicable in each product will be those published in the Platform and applied automatically in the payment process.

Any payment made to Companiondenim will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the User according to their registration data in the Platform.

This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the User.

The user who wants the invoice in paper format, must send an email to hi@companiondenim.com indicating his/her TIN, name and surnames, address of the company name, TIC and registered office in the case of legal entities.

For any information on the order requested, the User will have the customer support e-mail: hi@companiondenim.com where you must indicate in the subject of the message the number assigned by the Platform of Companiondenim.

Shipping, price and delivery time

The amount and delivery period of the shipment will depend on the country of destination.

This information is provided at the time of purchase.

The user, when making the purchase, also makes the payment of the shipment. Companion Denim is not responsible for any Bank Transfer payment fees. Bank commissions and charges are on the customer.

CompanionDenim is not responsible for changes of address since the moment the order goes to the sending phase.

In this case, the user must contact the transport company.

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned packages are the responsibility of the customer along with any customs fees.

Intellectual property

CompanionDenim is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights included in the web as well as in the contents accessible through it.

The intellectual property rights of the web, as well as: texts, images, graphic design, navigation structure, information and contents that are collected in it are owned by CompanionDenim, which is responsible for the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in accordance with the Spanish legislation of intellectual and industrial property rights.

Applicable Legislation

In order to complete the purchase on the Web, the User must provide some information such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, bank card details, etc.

The relationship between Companion Denim and the User will be governed by and construed in accordance with the General Conditions which will be governed by Spanish law in respect of interpretation, validity and enforcement; and any controversy will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
